Following exterior work at the same NoMad address, GS Construction Group carried out a full renovation of the building’s lobby and entrance sequence. The scope covered the entry vestibule, reception area, elevator lobby and circulation corridor, combining exposed brick, warm wood panelling and integrated lighting into a cohesive arrival experience. Work was sequenced around an occupied building so residents retained safe access throughout, with finish protection and daily clean-down maintained until the final walkthrough.
